Not every dust collector can be operated reliably with a standard filter element. Limited installation space, unusual dust properties, requirements for chemical resistance or high operating temperatures call for a solution tailored precisely to the conditions at the operator’s site.
We develop customised filter cartridges, filter panels and filter cassettes for individual requirements in air filtration and dedusting technology. We match the design, filter medium and mounting system to the dust collector, the dust to be filtered and the on-site operating conditions.
This creates a filter element that not only fits geometrically, but is also designed for the required separation efficiency, reliable cleaning and therefore a long service life. R + B Filter grants exclusivity for customised filter elements.

How your customised filter element is created
1. Record the requirements
You tell us about your process and the dust that needs to be separated. We recommend the design, installation dimensions, filter medium and cleaning method for the given process conditions.
2. Define the design and mounting method
The available installation space may require a special geometry for the dust filter element, or you may need a mounting system that fits only your filter systems. We develop it for you.
3. Select the filter medium
Depending on the character of the dust, we select the suitable filter medium – for example antistatic, oil- and water-repellent, microporous coated, with nano fibres or an ePTFE membrane.
4. Produce the individual filter element
We manufacture your individually developed filter cartridge, filter panel or filter cassette. We implement the defined requirements for material, processing and mounting system precisely for your dust collector.
